Mish, mash... glorious mud!
At Treehouse we leap at any excuse to offer the children opportunities to explore nature and good old mud! On Monday next week it is "International Mud Day" - when children all over the world will be splashing, rolling, squishing, sliding and more. We have lots and lots of exciting, multi-sensory activities lined up inside and out - all with the aim of inspiring freedom and exuberance in play, engaging imaginations, expressing creativity and connecting with each other. Your child could choose to discover our 'clean mud', go baking in the Gruffalo mud kitchen or attend the grand opening of our mud kitchen cafe... the possibilities are endless! Please make sure your child has wellies with them (even if it is sunny) and an extra set of spare clothes (labelled clearly, please). We will be having a collection at the door, the proceeds of which will go to the Nature Action Collaborative for Children to help rebuild schools in Nepal. Please give a few pennies if you can.
